1. Cancellation Policy

• You cannot cancel your order once the order is confirmed and the payment is done.

2. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns / Refunds / Replacement will be initiated only when the customer receives a damaged product.
• A package opening video (without any pause) of our product is compulsory for any damage returns/refund.
• We accept returns within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The return request can be initiated through our website www.4ubyani.com or by email at 4ubyani@gmail.com.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at our website. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
